Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you as the user ("Member") and iwang88 as the platform operator ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the iwang88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained here.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the iwang88 platform. Continued use of the platform is considered full acceptance of all terms stated, including any amendments made from time to time.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the iwang88 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Management and Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes ensuring that your account password is kept confidential and not shared with any other party.

• Use a strong password that is different from those used for your other accounts.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact iwang88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account details such as your username and password will never be requested by iwang88 staff through any communication channel.

iwang88 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of an account by a third party where such use occurred as a result of the member's own negligence in safeguarding their account information.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The iwang88 platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 10 and 45 minutes after verification and approval.

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must be in the name of the registered member. iwang88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests that appear suspicious may be subject to additional review before being processed.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency payments, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply.

• Game results generated by the system are considered final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

Platform Limitation of Liability

iwang88 is not liable for:

• Actions or failures of third parties including payment service providers.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of iwang88 to any member is limited to the amount deposited and still held in that member's account.

Account Suspension and Closure

iwang88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any term in this document.
• Fraud, use of false information, or suspicious activity.
• A request from the relevant authorities.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time through customer support. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Each section of these terms is independent of the others. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
